On Aug 21, you sent us and another platform identical photos of babies with rashes, claiming the samples caused allergies. We suspect you did this to more than two suppliers. Later, we found you withdrew the baby photo from both conversations. If you had sufficient reasons, why did you withdraw them? On Oct 30, we discussed the safety of our ingredients, but you accused me of having a poor service attitude and lying. Our certificates are issued by professional institutions and have passed Alibaba's verification. If there were truly issues with our products, why did you wait two months to leave a negative review? I believe Alibaba will ultimately make the correct judgment and identify the real liar.
